The pages are in Japanese, but take you directly to the maps or the page containing them. Gifu, Mei, and Osaka prefectures require you to request a paper copy of that prefectural map. Because these maps are inconsistent I recommend also using the Tokai Nature Trail Volumes 1-3.
The trail starts in the Tokyo Prefecture and continues to Osaka prefecture, but it can be hiked from Osaka to Tokyo Prefecture. The Kanagawa prefecture map includes the brief section of Tokyo Prefecture.
